Enjoy WS is bred out of the famous Merelsnest family; a Belgian damline that has produced multiple legends in our sport. For example, Jur Vrieling's successful championships partner VDL Glasgow van 't Merelsnest, the highly successful Qarco van 't Merelsnest, Omano BC, Martialis, but first and foremost: Sapphire. Ridden by McLain Ward, Sapphire won Grand Prix competitions and Nations Cups all over the world and won two Olympic gold medals. Enjoy WS is a son of top sire Emerald out of a mare by Darco, Nabab de Rêve and Lys de Darmen. His granddam Moya van ’t Merelsnest competed at Grand Prix and produced, with Emerald, the promising 1.50m jumper Pernella van ’t Merelsnest.
