With his great reflexes, good jumping technique and athletic ability, the 3-year-old Loreley Express is a very interesting prospect for the future. Sire Global Express VDL became Dutch champion as a 5-year-old and is sired by the great Orient Express HDC – one of Patrice Delaveau’s most successful showjumpers over the past years.
Loreley Express’ grandsire Quaprice Bois Margot produced many Grand Prix showjumpers, such as Viking d’la Rousserie (Kevin Staut), Don Vito (Emily Moffit & Ben Maher), Sangria du Coty (Roger Yves Bost), Baltic VDL (Jur Vrieling) and VDL Groep Quatro (Geir Gulliksen). Both dam Colisca J.P.P. and great-granddam Quinola d’Isigny competed successfully in sport and this damline also produced successful showjumpers such as Quick de Glanville and Quaolin des Dames.
